“Wall of text warring

no bullshit, lie’s. we are in a bad way and need help. i didn’t do a very good job in the video explaining what has been going on. 5 year ago my family went threw a predatory lone agency with out knowing what that was. it was suppose to be a 30 year lone. but in the contract they slashed what the payment was supposes to be and it became a 5 year balloon payment. we have been to a lawyer and sadly they did in a legal way. sleazy, but legal. (the lawyers words, not mine.) so last year in December they sent us a forecloser letter on the house for non-payment. we had a payment sitting in the account ready in December and it sat there for over 4 months untouched. so we have been trying to refinance the house since April. but due to the current forecloser on the house no company with do it. so at the end of April we started trying to sell the house in order to pay off the loan and move in to a new place. well the inspector when though are house and found black mold in the underside of the house. meaning most likely they the people who were going to buy the house will back out. leaving use now way to pay the loan. witch has left us with no real options. we will be homeless in august.
so that’s were we are at.

the whole point of this is to ask for people help. i don’t like doing this. i don’t want to ask for help like this. but i have no other options available.
